Accounting Manager

Hermetic Solutions Group (HSG) is seeking a strong Accounting Manager that is responsible for ensuring financial statements are in line with management’s requirements and industry standards for our Pacific Aerospace & Electronics (PA&E) division.  The individual will be a senior member of the finance team for the plant and, along with the Controller, serve as a business partner to the business/plant and corporate management. This role will report to the Controller of PA&E. The Accounting Manager will oversee the AR, AP and Payroll functions for the plant.  The role will be based at our PA&E division in Wenatchee, WA


  • Manage day-to -day accounting services for the facility, ensuring adherence to process and backup in place for every critical operation.
  • Manage general ledger and prepare account reconciliations.
  • Oversee general ledger reconciliations.
  • Assist Controller with preparation of monthly financial statements.
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining accounting policies, procedure and internal controls.
  • Assist with year-end audit preparations and work closely with outside auditors.
  • Take part in the budgeting process.
  • Enforce accounting regulations and complete statutory reports.
  • Other duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.
  • Work as key member of the ERP team to ensure all post-implementation needs are met.
  • Oversee AR, AP and payroll processing for approximately 250 employees.


  • 5 plus years’ experience in an accounting leadership role.
  • Excellent knowledge in mathematics, financial matter and accounting.
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Excellent analysis and observation skills.
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail.
  • Good knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting standards.
  • Good knowledge of financial software programs.
  • Good organization skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills along with excellent verbal and written communications.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • CPA certification desired but not required.



The Hermetic Solutions Group’ PA&E Division, located in Wenatchee, Washington, has an immediate need for machinists – from senior level down to the trainee level. The senior and intermediate level positions require the employee to be knowledgeable and experienced in all areas of CNC machine tool use. Possess good skills in measurement techniques. Sets up and operates conventional, special purpose, and numerical control (NC) machines and machining centers to fabricate metallic and nonmetallic parts. Please note: you must be willing to work any shift based on the needs of our business.


  • 5 years of machining experience for the Senior and Intermediate levels.
  • The trainee level requires a good mechanical aptitude.
  • HS Diploma or equivalent. Graduation from a machining school a plus.
  • High Attention to detail
  • Advanced geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing knowledge
  • Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, aircraft drawings and related specifications and processes
  • Ability to communicate effectively

Intermediate Maintenance Technician

Job Summary

Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment such as engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems as well as production machines and equipment

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Observes mechanical devices in operation and listens to their sounds to locate causes of trouble.
  • Dismantles devices to gain access to and remove defective parts. Examines form and texture of parts to detect imperfections.
  • Repairs or replaces defective parts.
  • Test electronic components and circuits to locate defects.
  • Aligns, adjusts and calibrates equipment according to specifications.
  • Installs special functional and structural parts in devices. Lubricates and cleans parts.
  • Starts devices to test their performance. Initiates requisition for parts and machines. Repairs electrical equipment.
  • Learns to read and understand electrical schematics.
  • Inspects used parts to determine changes in dimensional requirements. Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments.

Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent. A one year certificate from a college or technical school. A minimum of two years directly related experience and/or training. Preference will be given to candidates with CNC maintenance experience.

Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist

Job Summary

Oversee the environmental, health, and safety program for a growing, exciting, and complex manufacturing company with locations in Wenatchee, WA and Sequim, WA. The candidate will be responsible for complying environmental regulations in particular, wastewater, air quality, and hazardous waste for a large quantity generator. The candidate will be responsible for comprehensive health and safety programs such as lead hygiene, laser safety, respiratory protection, and hearing conservation to name a few. The candidate will also be pro-active in identifying, testing, and mitigating chemical hazards in the workplace. This position also supports programs at our Sequim, WA location and will require occasional travel.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Comply with pertinent local, state, and federal EHS regulations.
  • Coordinate with local, state, and federal agencies during inspections and respond to findings.
  • Understand and implement best practices in industrial hygiene and be proactive in identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Plan and help execute compliance and waste reduction projects.
  • Ensure all required reporting is completed on time.
  • Provide training and oversee medical testing programs.
  • Understand and respond to customer requests for RoHS and REACH inquiries.
  • Investigate safety and health incidents and complaints. Track injuries and be responsible for OSHA logs.
  • Oversee the Safety Committee.
  • Interact with production staff to minimize/solve manufacturing obstacles.

Education/Previous Experience Requirements

  • Master’s Degree from a four-year college or university in a technical discipline with at least three years of related experience or a Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) or equivalent from a four-year college or university in an engineering discipline with at least six years related experience. A Certified Industrial Hygienist is a plus.
