Current Openings:

Assistant Controller

Essential Job Functions

  • Assist with financial reporting process
  • Take part in the budgeting process
  • Prepare final records such as balance sheet, trial balance and ensure all accounts are justified
  • Assist with implementing and maintaining accounting policies, procedure and internal controls
  • Manage general ledger
  • Oversee general ledger reconciliations
  • Take part in annual audit
  • Take part in the budgeting process
  • Other duties as required to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Education and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field
  • CPA, CFM or CMA certification desired but not required
  • Prefer prior manufacturing experience

Required Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent knowledge  in mathematics, financial matter and accounting
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent in analysis and observation skills
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of GAAP and financial accounting standards
  • Good knowledge of financial software programs
  • Good organization skills
  • Good interpersonal skills along with excellent verbal and written communications

Machinist Senior

Pacific Aerospace & Electronics located in Wenatchee Washington has an immediate need for a Senior Machinist. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of machining experience. Additionally, candidates should have a high attention to detail, possess advance geometrical dimensioning and tolerancing capabilities. Candidates should also be able to read and interpret blueprints, aircraft drawings and related specifications and processes. The ability to communicate effectively, recognize, evaluate and respond to problems during the machining process, as well as good written, verbal and interpersonal skills with sound decision making ability with no support are required for these positions. Must be willing to work any shift. Please note, due to ITAR requirements, you must be able to provide proof of US Citizenship upon hire.
